"Very cozy, ranch themed restaurant serving American comfort food. The pretzel bites appetizer is large enough for 4. The brisket add-on to the Caesar is a generous serving, but looks more like Pulled Pork but very tasty. My wife's Chicken Almond salad had a very generous serving of chicken as well. You won't leave hungry."

"Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. The food is absolutely the best around. The beer is good, the BBQ is the best! My new go-to/ favorite restaurant. I even had dessert which never happens but the food was so good I had to- it was sooooo worth it!!"

"This is a great restaurant to stop in Monroe. It is very large. The building is very interesting built on a logging theme. The food is good. Second time I have been here. The beef is from a ranch in Washington and was done perfectly. The fish and chips were good."

"We recently stopped at Long Timber Brewing on a drive between Eugene and Corvallis and were thoroughly impressed--it's definitely worth the detour! This brewery is a true gem, offering a surprisingly broad and delicious menu that goes well beyond standard pub fare. We had a great family meal that showcased their variety: We started with the Pretzel Bites, which were a solid appetizer. For the main courses, everyone found something they loved. The Brisket Burrito was flavorful and hearty, packed with tender smoked meat that highlighted a real commitment to quality BBQ. We also enjoyed the comforting Chicken Parmesan and the perfectly executed Fish and Chips, which were crispy and fresh. The food was solid across the board, and the relaxed brewery atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and grab a quality meal. If you're traveling through the area, Long Timber Brewing is a fantastic, local stop with great beer and a diverse menu that truly delivers."

"We've ate here dozens of times and it's consistently amazing! We love the bulgogi brussel sprouts with a roll, salad with honey mustard and the buzzsaw quesadilla which is amazing. The quesadilla has a crunchy tostado in the middle! Their beers are delicious, love the Marionberry beer and the hazelnut brown. They have homemade root beer as well on tap that is delicious! Great for large parties and families. Love the wine room with the fireplace, it's cozy."

"After five visits, I found that the architecture and decor are stunning, the beers pretty good and the food really disappointing. I recently gave the fish and chips ($24) another chance and again was served two shriveled filets inside a heavy greasy batter, served with a tiny cup of flavorless slaw and lukewarm bland fries. On the prior visit, the "chef's special creation" pot stickers was really bad. Burgers have been OK. Staff never ask how the food is/was, maybe not really wanting to hear honest feedback. I really want to like this place, but am not feeling it....."

"Amazing food. The 16 ounce prime rib was 2" thick. Perfectly presented and perfectly cooked. Top flight staff. Beautiful building. All built with exquisite wood. Some beams are over 40 ft in length. Covered seating outdoors. Spacious seating inside. You will Love it. We drive from Salem to eat there regularly. Worth the drive."
